FRANK STROBLE returns to the podium as Assistant Conductor of with the Wind Symphony of Southern New Jersey, a position he held during the 1991-1992 and 1992-1993 seasons.

Frank has been an active member of the South Jersey music scene since moving to the area in 1985. He is currently Principal Horn in the Wind Symphony of Southern New Jersey. In addition he performs with numerous chamber, church and pops ensembles.

Frank received a B.S. in Music Education from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, where he studied conducting with David J. Dick, Dr. Edwin Zdinsky, and Donald Stanley.

Frank is currently a Retirement Plan Administrator at Delaware Investments.
